...then join us for the Hamilton County Historical Society's annual dinner and auction at the Plainsman Museum.

Enjoy both live and silent auctions, with a presentation by the executive director of the Plainsman Museum, Tina Larson. You will not want to miss her superb storytelling!

But that's not all. There is also a delicious dinner prepared by Hamilton County's Nitta's Bed & Breakfast and Catering, to be served at beautiful table settings decorated by museum volunteers. Each table will feature a different theme and eating Nita's food with seven of your fellow Plainsman supporters at these gorgeous tables will make a night to be remembered.

This year's festivities will contribute to developing and enhancing the way we tell history here at the Plainsman. Funds will be used to continue the renovations and updates to the existing exhibits in order to create an even stronger presence as a popular tourist destination, drawing visitors to Hamilton County.

New and renovated exhibits, improved educational opportunities, more programs and events are on tap to fulfill our mission of collecting, preserving, illustrating, and establishing the history of Hamilton County, Nebraska through education, exhibits, research, and maintenance of relevant archives and collections.
